Applicant Qualification Criteria for Renting
We require a completed and signed Application from all proposed occupants over the
age of 18. In the Application, you give your consent for us to contact references and
obtain a credit report.
We will obtain a current credit report. We require a FICO score of at least 650.
We require monthly income of three (3) times the amount of your monthly rent.
Income must be verifiable through pay stubs, employer contact, or tax records. We
will contact your employer to verify your employment.
You must have a verifiable rental history. We will contact your previous landlord(s).
You must have no records of eviction.
To prove your identity is valid (and to avoid identity theft), you must provide a
photo I.D., such as a Driver’s License or State Issued ID card.
Please note that our lease states that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
